Questions about a payment
If something about a charge looks wrong, please email us before contacting your bank or card provider. Tell us the email address on your account, the date and amount of the charge, and what it was for. We refund any charge made in error; see Cancellations and refunds in our Terms.
Payments to an event organizer
Registration fees, donations and sponsorship go to the organization running the event, so contact them first about a refund. If you can't reach them, email us and we'll help.
